Welcome to Security Services
The Security Department provides security services on the Main Campus, Health Sciences Campus, and the Adult Education Campus utilizing foot patrols, vehicle patrols, and bicycle patrols. The college maintains excellent working relationships with federal, state and local law enforcement, county and local fire services, and county and local Emergency Medical Services. Emergency Management operations are documented and activated as required and the college is in full compliance with the provisions of the Cleary Act.
Wake Tech strives to provide a safe and secure working and learning environment for its faculty, staff, students, and visitors. These efforts are implemented and maintained by a number of policies, publications, services, and programs that are fully supported by College Administration.
Security Services is vital to providing a safe and friendly environment to all that visit and are a part of its campus. We have created a document which describes our Emergency Response Plan.
